PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS
American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT), Pennsylvania Assocation of Marriage and Family Therapists (PAMFT), National Eating Disorder Association (NEDA), Christian Association for Psychological Services ((CAPS), American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).

THERAPY MODELS
I use several models to guide my work in therapy including family systems (which looks at all problems within the context of a family or social group), cognitive behavioral therapy (which explores how your foundational beliefs affect how you think, feel, and make choices) and dialectical behavior therapy (which focuses on decreasing the intensity of emotional pain). For couples therapy, I use a research based model proven to help.

AREAS OF SPECIALTIES
Eating disorders - I have worked with numerous treatment facilities in providing therapy for teens and young women who suffer.
Adolescents - A good portion of my experience has been working with teens and their families to establish healthy choices and teach parents how to successfully launch their kids.
Women's issues (health, abuse, codependency) - My practice has been dedicated to helping women find a fuller sense of fulfillment through physical, emotional, & relational health.
Couples - Using a research based approach, I work with couples to identify the areas of their relationship most in need of help. Couples work hard completing homework assignments to bring their relation back to life.
