REFERRALS
It is not necessary for individuals to be medical patients at Cornerstone Family Health in order to benefit from counseling services. Individuals may contact the office directly to schedule an appointment. Referrals are also accepted from ministers and other professionals in the community.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Your communication with the counselor is confidential. Should the counselor consider it necessary that information be shared with another for your well-being, she will discuss that with you.
